The new golf event will be played in the autumn in a singles stableford format. The new tournament will be popular with players taking part for the honour of getting on one of the Society’s Honours Boards.

The tournament will only be open to society members, as per the decision at the 2019 AGM. New members will need to have an HRGS handicap (ie have handed in 3 cards or be able to produce a handicap certificate) before they can enter this tournament.

​

Prizes will be awarded after the event in the afternoon at El Cason.  The overall winner will be awarded a new trophy. There will also be prizes for the Category winner and runner up together with the category 2 winner and runner up. There will also be a chance for a prize for the longest drive and nearest the pin.
