The society runs a game every Monday morning.

The society provisionally reserves 12 tee times (48 people max) on Monday mornings and must notify GNK, by end of Wednesday, exactly how many tee times need to be firmly reserved based on the number of 'entry requests' via the booking system.

Owners and long-term renters are welcome to join the society. Nearby neighbours from other courses are also welcome.. Members are also allowed to bring one guest along.

The Monday games are typically individual stableford games (whose scores also feed into the Eclectic competition) for which 1st, 2nd & 3rd placed players typically receive prizes. In the event of a tie, the society uses the Spanish method of determining the lowest handicap tied player as the winner. On occasion, a team match will be played and the prizes will typically be awarded to 1st & 2nd placed teams.

All scores are captured and recorded with the Handicap Master tool, where all society handicaps are held. These are the handicaps that members use for society competitions (irrespective of potentially higher handicaps possibly held elsewhere).
